- what type of training or service you would like to have, and what your goals are for both yourself and the dog(s)
- how much time you have to dedicate to training your dog
- a specific account and history of any behaviour concerns you are experiencing with your dog(s)
- age, and breed or type of the dog(s) and photo(s) if possible
- how long you have owned your dog(s) and who has contact with the dog(s)
- is your dog's behaviour something you have discussed with your veterinarian? (i.e. not a health issue)
- name of veterinarian(s) and clinic(s) that you take your dog to
- what kind of food your dog eats (please state exact brand or recipe)
- an explanation of what you have tried before, including other dog trainers (please include name of training organization and instructor,) classes, equipment (such as prong, shock, or citronella collars, muzzles, halters, harnesses, chains, riding crops, whistles,) medication/drugs, etc.
- your availability and preferred time(s) for training lessons, eg. weekday mornings, Thursday evenings, Saturdays, etc.
- your full name and contact information, name of your dog, and how you heard about DogWould

Please allow a minimum of two business days for a reply. Due to high volume of inquiries (thank you!) sometimes turn-around can be a full week or more. Email again or try another contact method if you have not received a reply in more than five business days.
